This was a entertaining and informative book on Cephalopods. The writing was simple and easy to understand.
A few things took away from this being a really great book. One was the writing got a bit dry on occasion and made it a struggle to pull through at times. Another was the pictures. They were almost pointless. Very small and black and white. Throughout the book she describes all of the wonderful species and yet not a single picture of them. The other was the parts where the creatures were treated very cruelly. I don't care if it is in the name of science or not. These creatures are extremely intelligent and it is disgusting reading about what it done to them.
Unfortunately, it could've been a book I loved but only came off as mediocre.
