I would say the reading level is upper elementary. I am from a family that has lived on the Coast for generations and this seems to be a fairy tale, given the effects of the Immigration Act of 1965. Most schools have seen the Anglo, Chino, y Negro estudiantes run off. 88.4% Latino.....
