Like the first book, this is a dense read, stuffed with mystic references and theological ideas & arguments. At times I had to just accept what I didn't understand, and do my best to grasp the idea at the root of all the details. Those times, I wished the writer would just get on with it, rather than working to impress us. Even so, it was a compelling read, and the annoyances weren't enough to have me put it aside.
