If you are a young (or maybe not so young) lady on your way up the corporate ladder and are wondering why your relationship is on the rocks, THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR YOU. Any book that offers the advise that "a woman has more body fat than a man, and that gives her lasting energy." (page 79)[whaat? we can do more if we're larger? I'm getting myself Arnold Schwarzenegger!!! Just imagine what he can do around the house!] or "when he had one clear thing to do, without a lot of decisions to make that involve his partner, a man is energized" (page 123)[Gotta agree, men are little boys that have to be told every single thing twice and never get it right unless you are over their shoulder directing them... riiight] or "women can go on and on when a simple no is more than enough information" [did he just say what I think he said?? yep! oh @#@%$#**&^!!!!!] (page 179) or the utter gem of "a man can only provide 10 percent of a woman's fulfillment. the rest us up to her" (page 115)!!! If this is true, Lord in heaven, why are there men on this sweet earth of ours?
Then this book that gives you the scapegoat valve of saying, men are hardwired to be different and testosterone is something you cannot fight; you can only increase your own levels of oxytocin and let your hormones be your guide.
Well, excuse me for thinking this is wrong. We are more than the sum of our hormones and men and women can work and live together in harmony thru understanding and good communication, without excuses. We have to learn to be adults and say I'm sorry when it is needed...and when it's not, too.
