I have fallen in love with Elie Wiesel's books. Even though I have only read two. Night is one of my all time favorite..this one comes in around the top 50! It amazes me how he can go through traumatic events and write about them with such demeanor. This book takes place in one night and ends at "dawn" which is the pivot point in the novel. I was so stunned at the ending for the simple fact that I thought that it would not end the way that it did. It is really an eye opener to see what the Holocaust and the after effects were like. I think everyone should at least read one Elie Wiesel's novel..they are in my opinion a novel that makes you think!
