I wish you could see the happy dance I'm doing right now. I LOVED this book! Even better than the first, which I thought would be impossible because I loved that one as well. I read this book in 3 days which is truly impressive for me!
I like that this new presence isn't like the last. Sure he's evil, but he's not in a doll. Honestly I thought the story would be about the doll coming back somehow but this one was completely different. You actually FEEL what Alexis does too. As she starts to change, it's as if we're inside the mind of someone losing it without them knowing. Alender did an AMAZING job with the writing and I cannot wait to read the next one. If you like a good ghost story you will simply love this series.
Alender gets yet another 5 stars from me. Her characters are fantastic. Even the ones you hate will have a spot in your heart towards the end. The story is unique and addicting. I don't want to wait, give me more now!
