I thought when I started out it was going to be a good one but it ended up being a dud

The main character is just annoying, for an ADA she was brash and rude and unlikable, her family wasn't much better an overbearing defense lawyer mother and a whimpy brother

The story seemed to be okay until the last 1/4 of the book when it took a complete left turn and became something else and from that point I lost interest and skipped through the rest

I thought I was going to give it 5 rating but nope just 2 1/2 from me after it took that turn and became a dud
