Book Review of Sandplay: A Sourcebook for Play Therapists

Sandplay: A Sourcebook for Play Therapists

One of my favorite texts about how sandplay therapy and symbol work is used in counseling settings. School counselors would find this book useful if they use sandplay in their offices as it has a very nice dictionary/glossary in the back of the universal meanings behind some symbols. The process of sandplay is discussed in this text, as well as the significance of Jungian psychology in sandplay. Great for any therapist using sandplay with adults, children, or adolescents. Written in easy-to-understand language. Also a great resource text for a graduate class learning sandplay therapy.
