I was drawn to this book as I had a wonderful experience about 15 years ago when I read "Mutant Message Down Under" by Marlo Morgan. "Emu" relates a somewhat similar experience of an American woman who has a spiritual awakening when staying with an Aborigine tribe in the outback. I enjoyed the book a lot and would recommend it to those who are spiritual and a fan of Australia.
