In this novel, four sixth-grade students form a group they call The Souls. Along with their teacher, Mrs. Olinski, they use their various strengths and passions compete in the Academic Bowl. Its a great book for curious students who might be asking What makes me special? This book is GREAT for working on point-of-view, as its chapters alternate between first-person limited and third-person omniscient. DRA level 44, Guided Reading Level U
