I think this is an excellent book. The babysitters decide to do secret santa's. They each put their wish into a hat and draw someone else's out. Mallory wishes to be remembered forever, Kristy wishes she didn't have such a big mouth etc. Also in this book the babysitters play santa for a little girl who's parents don't have much money. she wants her sister back who ran away from home. Claudia grants her own wish (she wishes she could do something meaningful for someone) when she finds her sister and gets them back together. You can open the cards and letters yourself and read them. Inside you get a friendship necklace that you and a friend can wear.
