I love this book. The characters and dialog so engaging. I didn't want the book to end. I could read a chapter a day for the rest of my life and be happy. I didn't want to leave their world. This book is not just for kids, adults will enjoy reading it just as much. It's about neighbors, a boy and a girl, and their feerless/madcap adventures. I love how fearless/adventuress the girl is and the boy is the calm one who has to go along with it. Great messages about family. Kind of little house on prairie meets Pippi Longstocking.
