I love this series and this was my least favorite book so far. I had high hopes since it featured Fenway, who has Quinton Baird & Associates on speed dial, galivants around with Bellamy, & keeps the company on their toes "fixing" his exploits. Wasp is a con woman who gets targets to either get caught cheating on their spouse or in this case she receives an anonymous email to her business to target Fenway and have him fall in love with her and then leave him heartbroken. (I thought I knew who hired her but I was wrong!) It's great money so she takes it "Because some men get away with things they shouldn't be allowed to. Because I can help women get even." Wasp hates men and all that they stand for so she's good at the sweetheart con. We get to delve into Fenway's rich lifestyle and his personal assistant Alvy, which has to be addressed as "they or their" pronouns which I think took away from the book. "Alvy went to get their phone" It was distracting thinking there was another character. Overall a very disappointing book from such an extraordinary author and minimal interactions with Baird & Associates. I will definitely read the next in series though.
