Book Review of Alice Waters and Chez Panisse: The Romantic, Impractical, Often Eccentric, Ultimately Brilliant Making of a Food Revolution

reviewed on

This was a truly enjoyable read about a unique, talented and generous woman who has made a significant impact that brought about changes to the food industry in our country, and around the world. The book tells an interesting story about this very outstanding person, including her talents and her shortcomings. Living in the neighborhood of her restaurant, Chez Panisse made it even more fascinating and special to me. Very worth the read.
