Yet another good mystery from Mary Higgins Clark!
Liza Barton accidentally shot and killed her mother when she was a child. She has changed her name and her life and is now a grown woman with a husband and a child that know nothing of her past. To her surprise, her husband buys her childhood home where the shooting took place. Can she still continue to hide her past or will it come back to haunt her?
Great book! I love how well-hidden Mary Higgins Clark keeps her "baddies"... I'm always surprised at the end and this book is no different! Fast read and interesting!
