Clea Lewis (Audrey from the "Ellen" sitcom) does a great job narrating here. Switching from first person (I did this, etc.) to the second (You sit in your chair, saying nothing ...) whenever she has shrink sessions takers getting used to, but that's the only tough part of the story.
