Looking like identical twins, two boys from very different backgrounds decide to exchange lives. Suddenly, one boy, the Prince of Wales, is thrown into a life of poverty. The other, a beggar named Tom Canty, finds himself in the terrifying role of a ruler, expected to make decisions for his country.
