I have read quite a few of the Jack Reacher books. I find almost all of them to be great reading. This is no exception. Every book is unique. Jack. Reacher is the same; but, the stories are different. This one starts with him still hitch hiking across the country. He is in Colorado and got a ride to Hope and then walked to Despair (Reminded me of a crossroad near Punxsutawney, pa. There is a sign pointing one way to Panic, the other way to Desire.). He stopped at a diner and was ignored by everyone. That is until four huge men came in and told him to get out of town. Reacher readers know what happens next. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a super read
