Mostly enjoyed this book but the character of Dinah annoyed me a bit. She was just so, I don't know maybe, "hard" is the word I'm looking for. Not to say she wasn't feminie enough but she was just too into her work and (as her friend Maggie said) selfish. She was just hard for me to connect to and understand, although I did feel for her and the difficult emotional trauma she was going thru. Despite that though I overall enjoyed the book very much.
