I had heard sooo much hype about the twilight book series, after the movie was annouced. Of course, not wanting to follow the crowd I ignored most of it and chalked it up to another stupid Hollywood made hype. Then I found myself pregnant and VERY bored needing to pass some time. I ordered this book thru paperbackswap and started reading immediately. I still have not seen the movie. Since my husband and I have been married I haven't really gotten involved in a book to the point of not being able to put it down, until now!! My husband can't believe the amount of time I spent reading the first book (now I am on the 2nd one). I LOOOOVE it! It has a great compelling story to it and takes a nice new twist on the vampire stories from before. No offense Mrs. Rice!! I have throughly enjoyed reading the beginning of this series and can not believe it has been put under a young adult group. I am 27 yrs old and have become totally addicted. I can't wait to see the movie now! I just hope it's not a let down. We all remember how horrible Hollywood butchered Great Expectations with Gwen and Ethan, right? ;)
