While I haven't read through the whole book, I can offer a few first impressions. The title suggests a get-rich-quick scheme, but in fact this book presents IRA investors with clear and proven ways to defer or avoid income taxes. Writing is conversational - non-technical - so anyone can follow the concepts, "Parlay" introduces to the reader aspects of the current IRA law, including many useful examples, that many IRA holders may have overlooked, and show how a person can save very substantial amounts of taxes over his/her life, and over the lives of children and grandchildren. Whether young or old, a small IRA or a large one, high earners or lower-income bracketed persons - all will benefit from "Parley."
