I've had this cookbook for years and never used it. Recently I rediscovered it on the shelf and started trying the recipes. They're great; and each one has a colored picture so you can see if it looks appetizing before you buy the ingredients. Lots of emphasis on fresh produce. So glad I rediscovered my copy!
