I am a huge Robyn Carr fan. I didn't feel this book got me as involved and excited as most of her other books and series do.I don't think we need a cotinuation of these characters. This is the story of two sisters, who have both lost their way. One has been a stay at home caretaker for their parents for the past eight years, and feels like her life is worth nothing. The other is a hard working attorney with a useless house husband who agreed to stay home with their children.Well, the children are in high school now,and he doesn't seem to have time for much with all his extra activities. The sisters who are 20 years apart in age, and never had anything in common before. The one sister is such a doormat, and I realize women go through this, but she kept making me mad with her stupid choices. And the other one was no better with her ex-flame. I read this in two days. I wouldn't have wasted a lot time on it. Very disappointing.
