An incredible read! I loved Chris Bohjalian's other novel "The Double Bind" so much that I had to read another of his works, and this one certainly did not disappoint.
Excellent style of writing, deep characterization, steady plot movement full of suspense, thought provoking issues, and a slight little twist at the end.
It kept me reading and I couldn't put it down. And by the end, I felt like I knew the family and was with them on every page.
I gave "The Double Bind" 5 stars and I give this one 5 stars as well. Love it, love it!!
