If you thought Quesadillas were only Mexican food, this book will disabuse you of that notion. They can even turn into Mediterranean dishes and desserts. If you like cheese (like I do), cheese is the substance that generally glues the two tortillas together to make a yummy treat. Interesting and different ideas for quick meals.
