I really thought I would like this book; they synopsis sounded hilarious. But I didn't care for the writing style and I found the main character annoying. I feel like the narrative jumps around a lot. Starts off with Nick being an almost typical teenager trying to get through the pressures of high school. And then, out of nowhere, 100 pages in the book turns into a zombie apocalypse novel. Just didn't do it for me.
