This book was written during Henri Nouwen's last year of life. It is an indepth look at one of the residents of one of the L'Arche community homes. In it, Henri shows how God uses & speaks through a several damaged young man who in incapable of either speach or other normal activity. This is a very touching account & it will make the reader aware of just why God has not only allowed the disabled but seems to bless them with special gifts & how the disabled are truly indespensable to the faith of all the rest of us.
