Hannah loses her daughter to a car crash and chooses to donate her organs. Olivia's daughter is on the liver transplant list and gets her liver. Olivia and her daughter happen into Hannah's hair salon and they become friendly. Lots of grief, love, friendship, truth and lies as they are all keeping things from each other and the truth is found out at the end. Olivia's lie is that she is the victim of domestic abuse. The story plods along in parts and is predictable in other parts but overall is a good book.
