This is a well-written and well-formatted book that has one flaw -- I have no idea how to use some (most) of these sauces. I'm glad the author (generally) tells the reader how long the sauces will last. However, I have to google how to use COMEBACK SAUCE, LYONNAISE SAUCE, or even CHILI & CHOCOLATE SAUCE. OK, I've looked up these three sauces and understand their use. However, the author could have included a sentence or two, since she would know their uses.

There are no photos or nutritional information. However, the prep and cooking times are listed, as well as the servings. I took off two stars because I had to look up so many of the 54 recipes in this eBook.
