I love this series of books so much I went out and bought hardcovers so I could read them over and over. The main character, Hannah, is a resourceful woman of the revolutionary era. If you like historical novels, you will like these. Other titles include 'Hearts and Bones' and 'The Burning Bride'. From the back cover of Blood Red Roses: It is 1780, and summer has come to Rufford, Maine. As the hay ripens and roses perfume the air, the horrors of the recent war of Revolution seem to be fading. Then a series of murders rocks the town, and it is up to Hannah Trevor to employ every bit of her intelligence and passion to unravel the dark truth from the deadly lies.
