I wouldn't necessarily say this book was gripping or thrilling, but it was interesting enough to finish. It was fairly predictable, but what bothered me most was the story line was very unbelievable. Who would just leave a child in someone else's home as though it's not a big deal?

The so-called plot twist could be seen a mile away, but I still enjoyed the book overall. Some reviews have said the plot was slow moving, but I feel as though it was the opposite. I actually found it to be a quick read so if you're looking for something that won't take long to finish, this might be it.
