I'm not familiar with his other books; therefore, I may be judging this wrong. The book contained two unrelated stories joined only by Joe Gunther. Jumping back and forth
between the two stories was distracting. Not to mention Joe wearing up the mileage between two states. If Archer had written two books, I would have liked the individual books better.
