Sci-Fi/ Futuristic romance by Linnea Sinclair. Tasha is a former mercenary who has gone official, and become an Officer in the Military. Kel-Patten is part human/ part cyborg Admiral for a different Military. There is an Alliance between their governments/ Military. Kel isn't supposed to have emotions, but he as them for Tasha, and has her made Captain of his Ship. I love the characters, their romance, and the secondary characters. The plot is complicated, and pretty good. My complaint has to do with the politics that set up the story. Very complicated, and in my opinion not explained well enough. After I stopped trying to keep track of the politics, I really enjoyed the interactions between the characters, and the story. Pretty good.
