One of the most riveting books I have ever read on courage, endurance beyond imagination, and above all faith in God through it all. He puts a tremendous human face to suffering and overcoming obstacles which are almost beyond belief as to the cruelty inflicted on them, that make us who have never faced the things these POW's faced, stand in awe of what faith in God can do to not only endure, but overcome. A book that will leave you with a greater appreciation of our freedoms in America, and for the men who fought and suffered for it.
