The first few pages of this book are dry as dust but necessary for setting the stage for the ensuing fireworks.
Stieg Larsson's writing picks up momentum like an avalanche, barreling down a cliff. It leaves you breathless but wanting much more. His understanding of and portrayals of the characters are insightful, too real, and ultimately horrifying.
I am now hooked on the series.
