This is a very easy, cute book to read. A young man, finds a cold hungry kitten on his doorstoop.
He takes her in, out of the cold, and starts to feed and care for her.
She teaches him about true love, not the love that his manipulating girlfriend sems to think is love.
He calls this exquisite cat, Frankie. Frankie, follows him everywhere and loves him unconditionally.
The man meets a woman, that is not really hit "type" but he starts to fall in love with her like the cat.
The cat trusts this woman absolutely. Then comes the day the man has to make a decision, stay with the woman, or go aftger the girlfriend that is alluring but fickle.
He goes to meet the girlfriend one day and Frankie follows him out of a door that is not fully shut, and gets hit by a car. The man is devestated and learns that love is always pursuing you and you must pursue it in turn.
Frankie survives and the man, having come to his senses, leaves the bitchy girlfriend and loves the woman, totally.
