This is the first romance novel I've ready by Sandra Brown and was pleasantly surprised how inviting and engaging the plot and storyline was. It did have some small typical romance novel cliches - woman and man love/hate then finally come together. However the journey to the happy ending was very entertaining and not ordinary or boring. I highly recommend this book to others who love romance novels and especially who like Sandra Brown. I also recently read one of her newest books, Lethal, and it was a great love story mixed in with a mystery and thoroughly enjoyed it was well.
