And while her romantic life is in shambles, shes even more concerned by the sudden change in her gift. After touching a medallion owned by a local named Chuck Sparks, Dae is shocked when her vision reveals his murderand a cry for help.

Dae doesnt know what to make of the dead mans plea to Help her, until she has another vision about a kidnapped girlChucks daughter, Betsy. With a child missing, the FBI steps in to take over the case. But Dae cant ignore her visions of Betsy, or the fact that Kevins psychic ex-fiancée might be the only person who can help find her

I only rated this as a 4 * read because the way the book ends (which if GREAT) the authors are forcing you to buy the next book and that just goes against all my principals! This series is absolutely astounding though! The City of Duck as the most eccentric, unusual characters Ive ever run in to and they all just highlight the story even more. The book caught my attention from page one and held it until the last page and then I was sorry it ended. I especially enjoyed how more of Kevins past life popped up and enhanced the story even more. Well plotted, well written a good read for anyone enjoying mysteries!
