I bought my Whitney Miller cookbook today. In fact, she signed my copy! Modern Hospitality is a beautiful book with southern recipes with a modern twist. Recipes such as Oven-Fried Catfish, Shrimp and Sausage with Grits Souffle, and Inside Out Chicken Pies look so good! I have tried the Petite Shrimp Rolls and the Carrot Souffle and each recipe is easy to follow with a good result! I also loved the photography and the presentation of the food, which had a vintage feel. I recommend Modern Hospitality!
