TJ Madison left Jenny Alvarez after they made love on her 21st birthday. He returns eight years later and brings trouble with him. Jenny has questions about her late father and TJ is investigating some of the same people he thinks are involved a drug plot. Immediately after he shows up, shots are fired into Jenny's apartment, they escape off the balcony and begin running. They are always just one step ahead of the assassins. This story was just a little unbelievable that one minute she's a quiet therapist and the next she's on the run with an old flame for three or four days being shot at. I didn't feel the "spark" between them. Yes, they had a past but I would have been long over it after eight years. Then there is the fact that Jenny had been adopted by TJ's father as a favor to her father from their stint in the service together. "Technically", TJ was her brother! ICK!
