This is a good comprehensive look at the most popular diet theory books out there: low fat, low carb, etc... and how diets out there are not a one size fits all. I've used the low-carb diet to lose weight because it has worked for me before and reading this book helped me understand the science behind why the other diets didn't quite work for me.
