I LOVED this book because it was very down to earth. It gave a realistic view of how things happen, information most people could probably relate to, and comfort when you are stressing about how poorly you're doing. The only draw back is that it was written in the 80's and so some information is out of date, but nothing too important. I also enjoyed the authors' sense of humor, as many books I've read about the topic are more straight forward and strictly informational.
