This one almost didn't get read. It was a little interesting in the beginning. It had a lot going on as well but I really didn't like the mom and was a bit confused on what zannies were and it just didn't want to hold my attention. I stuck with it and about a quarter of the way in, it got really fun and I was hooked. A good book that makes you realize that maybe in the eyes of others, you are just as much of a monster as you think they are.
