OK ghost story set in contemporary New Jersey. As a adult man I had a hard time relating to the teens involved and skimmed a lot of the parts about their adventures and angst about growing up and relating to other teens. It's a quick, easy read, with a new slant on hauntings, and would be good for younger readers.
