Scott Cunningham is one of the top writers in this field. As usual this book did not disappoint, it's full of top of the line useful information. It is not a zip through book that you are going to be an expert after reading. This book is a part of this authors teachings and is just one technique for magicians of all types. I would recommend this book to anyone's magick collection, whether in a coven or solitary learning this book is a must.
