Lover Unbound is the story of Vishous. I was at a point that I didn't think anything would surprise me with this series, but I was wrong. Way wrong. At one point, I just had to walk away because something in the story just shocked me so much. That's not to say it was bad. In fact it was very good.
Jane, a human trauma surgeon, enters V's life during a very high stress situation. She takes care of him despite the fact that she gets the sense that V is very different somehow. There are a lot of ups and downs in this book, but all are very much worth it. The ending to this book is so sweet, it almost breaks your heart. Lover Unbound is another great installment in The Black Dagger Brotherhood series.
