I am one of those people who likes the whole family to eat better. So when I heard about this book, I knew it was one I wanted to read.

When I first saw this book, I figured it was about getting your children to eat foods they don't like. But boy was I wrong! This book is so much more than that! Not only does it cover foods your children don't like but it also covers foods that are bad for your children, what to feed them when they are sick, etc.

One thing I like with this book is how Jennifer and Laura have different points or ratings for how to do things. Like they have 5 ratings for if something is a big deal. Is making your child drink skim milk over 2% milk worth a huge fight? Giving them a sippy cup? Things like this are rated so you know how important something is. And there are certain things you might have your own opinion on and they freely give you opportunity for this. You know what is best for your child but they lay down some very good guidelines and in an entertaining manner. You don't really feel like you are reading a nutrition book and that is what makes it good!

They cover everything from babies to toddlers and up. Breastfeeding, sippy cups, etc. All this is covered in a thorough and refreshing manner. Whether you are a new parent or this sounds like old news to you, I would suggest checking this book out. I was very impressed with the information found in here.
