It is doubtful this writer is a physician; I think that is illegal to label oneself a doctor without being one. There is absolutely no info to confirm his medical degree or even info about the recipes. I've looked up info about him -- there is none. Just a long list of books about single-topic recipes. I bet I could find the recipes on the Internet.
