It took me a long time before I finally read this book. I was so saddened by his suicide that I couldn't even watch any of his shows anymore. That said, I eventually opened it. Reading through these pages, It was as if he was alive. Pure Anthony Bourdain in younger days. I enjoyed it very much. Wild adventures, descriptions of food and preparations that I had to look up. It was a lot of fun to read once I sucked it up and cracked the cover.
