I enjoyed this thriller about picking up the wrong laptop at an airport while going through security. Unfortunately one was a Senators downloaded with top secret documents which shouldn't have been there.. The other one belonged to Michael Tanner, owner of a coffee company who gets caught in a political situation.
The Senator sends her Chief of Staff to do whatever it takes to get her computer back. Michael makes a thumb drive and gives it to a reporter friend, who is found dead the next day. Now he is on the run as the NSA gets involved while the Senator's COS hires a hit man who will do anything not to incriminate his boss.
I was hooked from the first page and read this in two short nights. I found the book gripping as I routed for the underdog in this political thriller.
